Firm partner Thomas W. Dominick is the chairman of the firm's Trusts and Estates Department and focuses his practice in the areas of estate planning and litigation; probate; trust administration; real estate; business litigation; commercial law; creditors' rights; and appellate practice. Mr. Dominick is a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law, as certified by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. He has been named as one of Southern California's Super Lawyers, as published in Los Angeles Magazine in each of the years 2006 through 2011.
Mr. Dominick received his Bachelor of Arts degree from California State University at San Bernardino and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Diego. He was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1985, and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, Southern District of California; U.S. District Court, Central and Northern Districts of California; U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit; U.S. Tax Court; U.S. Claims Court; and the U.S. Supreme Court.
Mr. Dominick has attained the highest possible peer review rating of “AV” from Martindale-Hubbell, the national directory of attorneys, indicating preeminent legal ability and the highest ethical standards. He is a member of the San Bernardino County (President, 2009-2010, Director 2005-2009, Member, Probate Section), Riverside County and American (Member, Probate Section) Bar Associations; State Bar of California (Member, Trusts and Estates Section); and The American Inns of Court, Joseph B.
