Firm partner Craig E. Wilson focuses his practice in the areas of estate planning; business law; business transactions; corporate law; nonprofit corporations law; contracts; and real property law.
Mr. Wilson received his Bachelor of Science degree from Pepperdine University and his Masters in Business Administration and Juris Doctor degree from Golden Gate University. He was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1993, and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, Central District of California and U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit.
Mr. Wilson has attained a peer review rating of “BV” from Martindale-Hubbell, the national directory of attorneys, indicating distinguished legal ability and very high ethical standards.
